How the level was stated. Printed as Peak SPL at 1 m (passive mode); noise type and crest factor not stated.
Coverage definition. Default HF dispersion 60x60 (same in both modes). Optional flanges: 90x40 flange, or 50~90x40 with PS flange. Page does not label axes or define the -dB level; for the non-square options the horizontal/vertical assignment is not stated.
Notes. Pole socket: touring version handles hold a 35 mm pole stand adapter (install version has no handles). Switchable passive/active on Touring and TIS versions; install version passive only. Brochure and datasheet differ slightly on the lower recommended-power figure (850 vs 800 W).

What the figures mean at distance
Taking 139 dB at 1 m on axis and the free-field rule of 6 dB lost per doubling of distance, this is the most the speaker can reach and how wide and high its nominal coverage is at each distance. A real room adds reflections, and a speaker is not normally run at its maximum.
| Distance | Level on axis | Coverage width | Coverage height |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 m | 133.0 dB | 2.3 m | 2.3 m |
| 5 m | 125.0 dB | 5.8 m | 5.8 m |
| 10 m | 119.0 dB | 11.5 m | 11.5 m |
| 15 m | 115.5 dB | 17.3 m | 17.3 m |
| 20 m | 113.0 dB | 23.1 m | 23.1 m |
See level and distance and coverage angles for how these are worked out.
Planning estimate only. The calculation ignores reverberation, reflections and room modes. See terms and disclaimer.
